Submit Required Documents and Fee

Once the application form is filled, the student will be required to furnish certain documents. These include:

  • Personal Statement
  • Results of the Qualifying Exams (‘O’ and ‘A’ Level Certificates and Pre-med Certificates)
  • Two statements of good moral character from the Principal, Registrar and Teachers of the previous institute

Decision Letter

Admission decisions are typically made within two to three weeks after the personal interview, though processing may take slightly longer during holidays or semester breaks. Candidates will receive official notification in writing with one of the following outcomes:

Acceptance

  • The applicant is accepted for the desired entry term. Accepted students will receive a Welcome Kit containing additional forms and detailed instructions for the next steps. They will also be assigned a designated university representative to assist with the enrollment process.

Denial

  • If the applicant does not meet the minimum entrance qualifications, admission may be denied. However, applicants have the option to appeal this decision in writing, providing additional supporting documentation for reconsideration.

Review Policies and Procedures

If the request to review the applicant’s form seems valid on the basis of their supporting documents, the applicant is contacted to further discuss the terms to proceed with.
